Final pricing may change if:

- Additional labor is required
- Existing film, adhesive, coatings, wraps, contamination, damage, or aftermarket modifications must be removed
- The vehicle requires additional preparation
- The customer requests additional services or changes
- Material requirements differ from the original estimate
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of material price changes before additional work is performed.
Taxes, fees, specialty materials, removal charges, and additional labor may apply where applicable.
---

Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve time, materials, or technician availability.
Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may vary depending on the service and will be displayed or communicated during booking.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or excessive delays may result in forfeiture of a deposit or the requirement of additional prepayment for future appointments.
---
## 4. Vehicle Access and Authorization
By leaving a vehicle with Greenfield Auto Spa, you authorize our employees, contractors, and technicians to enter, start, move, operate, inspect, photograph, and reposition the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.
Vehicles may need to be moved within our facility, parking area, or immediately surrounding property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is safe to operate and has sufficient fuel or battery charge when necessary.
---
## 5. Personal Property
Customers should remove cash, valuables, firearms, electronics, important documents, jewelry, medications, and other personal property before leaving a vehicle with us.
Greenfield Auto Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle unless caused by our intentional misconduct or as otherwise required by law.
---
## 6. Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition
Vehicles may contain pre-existing:
- Scratches
- Chips
- Cracks
- Dents
- Paint defects
- Stains
- Interior wear
- Loose trim
- Failing clear coat
- Repainted panels
- Electrical issues
- Mechanical issues
- Broken clips or fasteners
- Damaged seals
- Aftermarket modifications
Some defects may not become visible until cleaning, polishing, disassembly, film removal, adhesive removal, or other services are performed.
We may photograph or document the vehicle before, during, or after service.
Greenfield Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration that becomes visible during normal service procedures.
---
## 7. Window Tint
Window tint appearance may change during the curing process.
Temporary conditions may include:
- Haze
- Cloudiness
- Moisture pockets
- Small water bubbles
- Minor visual distortion
These conditions typically improve as the film cures.
Cure time depends on film type, temperature, humidity, and weather.
Customers should follow all aftercare instructions, including restrictions regarding operating windows following installation.
Minor contamination may occur during installation because automotive environments cannot be made completely dust-free.
---
## 8. Window Tint Laws
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tint shade and placement they request comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Greenfield Auto Spa may provide general information regarding tint laws but does not provide legal advice.
The customer assumes responsibility for citations, inspections, enforcement actions, or other consequences resulting from tint specifications requested by the customer.
---
## 9. Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF is designed to reduce damage from road debris, minor abrasions, insects, environmental exposure, and similar hazards.
PPF does not make paint damage-proof.
Installation may involve stretching, seams, relief cuts, edges, wrapped edges, and other techniques depending on vehicle design.
Certain panels may require visible seams or edges.
Pre-existing paint damage, weak paint, repainted surfaces, touch-up paint, failing clear coat, and poorly bonded paint may be damaged during film installation or future removal.
Greenfield Auto Spa is not responsible for paint failure caused by defective, aftermarket, poorly repaired, or improperly bonded paint.
---
## 10. Windshield Protection Film
Windshield protection films can reduce the likelihood or severity of certain chips and surface damage but cannot guarantee that a windshield will not crack, chip, pit, scratch, or break.
Wipers, debris, weather exposure, maintenance practices, and environmental conditions may affect film lifespan and appearance.
---
## 11. Ceramic Coatings
Ceramic coatings provide chemical resistance, hydrophobic properties, gloss enhancement, and easier maintenance.
Ceramic coatings do not make vehicles:
- Scratch-proof
- Rock-chip-proof
- Dent-proof
- Maintenance-free
- Completely stain-proof
Proper washing and maintenance are required.
Warranty eligibility may depend on following maintenance requirements specified by the coating manufacturer or Greenfield Auto Spa.
---
## 12. Paint Correction
Paint correction removes or reduces certain defects by polishing the vehicle's clear coat.
Not every scratch, defect, water spot, etching mark, or paint imperfection can be safely removed.
Our technicians may determine that additional correction would risk damaging or excessively thinning the clear coat.
Deep scratches and defects that penetrate through the clear coat may remain visible.
---
## 13. Detailing
Results depend on the vehicle's age, condition, materials, previous treatments, stains, contamination, odors, and damage.
We cannot guarantee complete removal of every:
- Stain
- Odor
- Scratch
- Pet hair
- Biological contaminant
- Dye transfer
- Water spot
- Chemical mark
- Interior defect
Some stains and odors may permanently affect vehicle materials.
---
## 14. Vinyl Wraps and Graphics
Vinyl films are temporary automotive finishes and may change in appearance over time.
Lifespan varies depending on:
- Vehicle storage
- Sun exposure
- Weather
- Washing methods
- Installation location
- Film color and finish
- Vehicle usage
Existing paint conditions can affect installation and removal.
Greenfield Auto Spa cannot guarantee damage-free removal from repainted panels, failing clear coat, damaged paint, or improperly repaired surfaces.
---
## 15. Removal of Existing Film, Tint, Wrap, or Adhesive
Removing old tint, PPF, wrap, decals, adhesive, or coatings may reveal or contribute to issues with previously damaged surfaces.
Rear window tint removal may carry a risk of damage to defroster lines, antennas, or other embedded components, especially when the existing film or adhesive is deteriorated.
Customers acknowledge these risks when authorizing removal services.
---
## 16. Aftermarket Equipment and Electronics
Greenfield Auto Spa is not responsible for failures involving pre-existing aftermarket equipment or modifications unless directly caused by our work.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dash cameras
- Alarm systems
- Remote starters
- LED systems
- Audio equipment
- Radar detectors
- Aftermarket wiring
- Electronic accessories
- Custom interior components
Customers should disclose sensitive aftermarket installations before service begins.
---
## 17. Service Completion and Inspection
Customers should inspect their vehicle promptly upon pickup.
Any concerns regarding workmanship should be reported as soon as reasonably possible so we can inspect the vehicle and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers should not authorize another shop to modify or repair the disputed area before Greenfield Auto Spa has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it.
---
## 18. Warranties
Certain products or services may carry manufacturer or Greenfield Auto Spa warranties.
Warranty length, coverage, exclusions, and requirements vary by product and service.
Warranty claims may require:
- Proof of purchase
- Vehicle inspection
- Proper maintenance
- Compliance with care instructions
Warranties generally do not cover abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, environmental damage, vandalism, collisions, normal wear, or work modified by another installer.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
---
## 19. Payments
Payment is due according to the invoice or service agreement.
We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments, financing, or other approved payment methods.
Customers authorize charges for services they approve.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional collection efforts where permitted by law.
---
## 20. Financing
Third-party financing may be available for qualifying customers.
Financing approval, interest rates, payment schedules, eligibility, and lending decisions are controlled by the financing provider.
Greenfield Auto Spa does not guarantee financing approval and is not the lender unless specifically disclosed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the financing provider's terms.
---
